Now that the start-of-term rush has subsided, we’d like to invite you to an informational session about our website redesign and how it will affect you as a content contributor or site editor. We will hold two sessions during the first week of October, both in Hillel 101. I will send out meeting requests confirming the location for both, but you need only attend one session.
Please save one of the following dates:
- Tuesday, Oct. 1, 10-11 am
- Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2:30-3:30 pm
At these meetings we will discuss the goals of our responsive redesign, the timeline and process for getting our entire wlu.edu site migrated, your role in the redesign process, and how to use SiteImprove reports to make sure that important links don’t get lost along the way. We strongly urge you to attend one of these sessions, and to forward this email to anyone else in your department who might be interested in this topic.
I would also like to make sure that my list of website editors is up to date. If you are not responsible for your department’s website, please let me know (and let me know who is).
